Upon visting LegalMedsOnline to purchase some medication i was billed unknowingly by Pangea Processing. The charge was $32.95 and also $3.95 by Pay E-Com. This site tells u nothing about a membership fee and i thought i was purchasing the medication. It has been over a 6 weeks i have canceled my account and have been emailing and even calling the compnay with only lies being told to me. I am always told that my refund is being sent but is not. I have filed a claim with fda.gov/oc/buyonline/buyonlineform.htm

The FDA is already looking into this company which has ripped off many people. Please beware of legalmedsonline.

I know you cannot be billed by simply visiting a website. I did put in all my credit card information and did have a username and password. What i am saying is your site does not mention anything about a membership fee of $32.95 and also a charge of $3.95 by ecom. My account was billed without my knowledge of the fee. I did not wait until March 22, 2005 to cancel, I canceled immediatly after and each time i called for a refund and i also did the email notifications it was said my account was not canceled. It is June 6, 2005 today and i have still not recieved any refund on my account. Here ares ome of the emails i have recieved from Pangea Processing. i have many more.
Alos the compnays rebuttal states i didnt cance until March 22, 2005 as per my emails you can plainly see that is a lie.
Please do nto buy anything from this company.

While we are sorry that you were unhappy with your experience your complaints are also critcally wrong on all points. It is of course not remotely possible to be billed by simply visiting a Web site. It was necessary for you to enter complete card info including matching username, password and CVV code, then click the 'Submit' button. You were then sent an email containing a receipt and a username and password with instructions on logging in.

It is also plainly stated on our site the exact nature of your purchase:

We guarantee you the lowest price available online for your medications or your money back! While we are not a pharmacy and do not directly fill prescriptions, We are so confident that our subscription service offers the lowest prices on medications that we offer a 100% money back guarantee!

If it is possible to be ANY more explicit than the above phrase please suggest how. The above paragraph is displayed on the site in numerous locations, most notably appearing in large text on the same page that you entered your card info into.

Additionally, you did not cancel your membership (with the accompanying refund submission)until the 3rd of March at 22:14:06, so you have hardly been lied to.
