From my own experience. Panmart has not just deceived me once, but twice!
First, they tried to hide their $21 shipping fee the day I purchased. Then later they secretly put the price up and told me I skipped the fee at check out. I swear to heaven that I've read every price piece by piece, as I've already felt skeptical about this product's comparably cheaper price. But no matter how I reasoned to them, they denied all their dirty tricks. And my request of a $21 refund for the overcharged shipping fee went to nowhere.

Second, as I received the product, I noticed the featured function "patented Otter temperature controller" was no where to be found. I was expecting a real "temperature controller" such as the one that can adjust the heat to various degree so you can brew green tea or warm milk. Then, their almighty Panmart informed me this controller is merely the anti boil-dry function that every modern electric kettle has, as in Aroma or GE kettle. I can't believe they have the guts to claim it a "patented" function.

Anyway, since everything went wrong, I asked them if they'd fully refund me if I returned the product. They gave me a "Yes" and I started to feel better about their attitude. But, no-no, not so fast, after a weekend while I was away, they sent me another E-mail telling me they have to charge the return shipment and the 15% restocking fee as usual since no defects are found on the product. I could hardly believe anyone was cheeky enough to eat their words like this. To top it all, the 2 totally contrary decisions was made by one person, Bonnie Wei, in the customer service.
It's not hard to guess why they dare to play with me now. For my return deadline is at brink (15 days in total, I received my product at Nov, 9). All I want to say is, I 'm going to continue fight with them. And I wish all you smart consumers stay away from this evil company!
