I purchased a training cycle from Paradign Health & Wellness, Inc.  I was missing a part and called Paradigm to supply that part.

Paradigm then procedded to tell me that their product warranty was void because of where I purchased the product; from an online website.

I'm going to file a complaint against this company with the California State Attorney General office for consumer fraud.  They should have to honor their manufacturing warranty.

Do NOT buy from this company.
