Back on 10/11/2017 I spoke with Joyce Heitman Lic# TP1700 regarding the sale of my timeshare.
She told me that they could sell my timeshare for $104,000 to $106,000. She said it would cost me $1,800 to start the process.
I sent the check through my bank for that amount.
I have tried atleast two times to contact her and she is always busy.
She informed me that they would sell the timeshare in about 180 days. As of yet I have not heard from anyone in the company.
I am not very happy about investing $1,800 and getting no action.

Used timeshares sell for pennies on the dollar. These people know that. ANY LEGITIMATE sales operation gets paid on commission from the proceeds of the sale and NOT in advance. CON ARTISTS like this will tell you they have buyer after buyer lined up just for your timeshare and after you pay them their UNEARNED fee, the story changes. The used timeshare sales operations are FILLED with con-artists. If they actually felt they could sell yours, they would work on commission. They know, FOR A FACT, they cannot but they take your money anyway.
