Paranormal State RYAN Buell Scam artist Pennsylvania

Ryan has now announce that he is going to resume the Canadian and U.S. tour that was supposed to have happened 2 years ago. Don't know how that will work out as he had claimed that eveyone received their refunds yet he now contradicts himself by stating that people from the 2014 tour can use their tickets to come to the new tour! How will he know who got their refunds or not? Plus how many people would actually have held onto their tickets for that long anyways.

He has now said that it would resume late summer. Well the last tour was suppose to have been with Chip Coffey who wised up and cancelled. Then it was suppose to be Michelle Belanger and she cancelled. Chip even went on record to say that Ryan owes his fans back to the tune of six figures. So this new tour will have what exactly? People had paid for V.I.P. tickets on top of the regular ones. They certainly won't get all the things and activities that they had paid extra for with this new tour so why would they even want to go?

On his Facebook page people are already asking where their refunds are from the first tour. Of course all those comments are ignored just like the last time.Then if those people still continue with their comments they will suddenly become blocked and all their comments deleted.

I like many others were thrown out and then blocked from every Facebook group associated with PRS when we started to complain about Ryan and the last tour. We were called haters and verbally abused by his minions before getting banned from sites. Ryan even posted that I was "crazy and inappropriate" on FB after I had been banned from The Bureau website, something that I had paid to be a member of. I had been asking him repeatedly as to why NO explaination was ever provided like I had asked, stating the reason as to why I had been banned. Instead of providing me with the answer he instead posted that comment.

Had I been agressive at times with my demands for answers, yes!! I paid money for a class that never took place and I wanted my promised money back which of course never happened. When I bought a V.I.P. ticket for the Canadian part of the 2014 tour, yes I wanted answers as to why venues were never even booked; or why contracts were never signed with the venues; or why PRS never gave deposits to the venues; or why tickets were still being sold even after the event was cancelled. 

I just hope the word gets out about how Ryan and PRS defrauded their fans. It will be interesting though to see what will happen once more news comes out about this next tour. It just might fizzle like all the previous things Ryan said he was starting up. After all, the last two events he had had, no more then a dozen people turn up. Not exactly like the Retreat where there was close to 100 people total for that week. Or like Camp Para 1 where we had around 50.

He should concentrate on his health as he looks in no shape to be going on tours, not with all the weight he has lost. He's gaunt and has black circles under his eyes. On Twitch people are actually speaking up about how terrible he looks. If people say it's the "cancer" then why is he talking about resuming the 2014 tour? Why, so that he can sell a bunch of tickets again and then keep all the money once more because, oops, it's been postponed once again due to his health??
