Parcelmonkey.com says my package to my sister in England has been declared lost after being processed at El Reno US. they refuse to divulge the name of the shipping company, they refuse to give me the address of their US location, they agreed to refund the shipping costs. I want to know who stole my parcel and the contents. they also refuse to give you any phone number. Stay away from them, they do not care, if they lose your package tough luck on you especially if it is going abroad and subject to import duties because you cannot insure it for replacement value because you will charge duty on the replacement value. it is a complete rip off. I will no longer ship anything via this company or the post office. Gifts will be in the form of check or transfer to their credit card. PARCEL MONKEY SUCKS
