Pardon My French Nail Salon Nail techs are new, inexperieced, tempremental. Acyrlics took 1 hour 45 min. for a thick lump at end of nails. Always a long wait even with appointment, at least 4 poor quality jobs but owner keeps naild tech. My opinon money over quality. Made appointment for a nail repair and owner was pulling on my fingers, said they looked great?? Owner refused to repair even though I called and made an appointment and explaining what I needed. My opinion she values money over customer consideration. Tustin California

I have tried so many times to give this salon a chance over 2 years.  I go to other places then go back to see if they got any better.  So many nail techs are just poor at what they do. 

They are poorly managed for time and customer care, always a wait but most importantly, I had a very poor acrylic nail result, it took 1 hour and 45 min to do acrylics. 

I called back to make an appointment the next day, explaining at least one nail had to be fixed.  I showed up at appointment time and the owner was there.  I sat with her and she was pulling on my fingers and said they looked "really nice". 

I told her I was there for a fix and she pursued looking and telling me they were fine.  I got up to get the repair as scheculed and she said they would not work on it until she and I had a conversation.  I said about what?  she said she needed to know the polish color. 

I showed her the color and got back up to get it fixed.  She stopped me again and said  they would not fix it until she and I figure out the problem.  Really?  I just needed it fixed, waisted my time twice and was making a big deal out of it.

No customer concern at all.  The nails did not get repaired.  Strongly do not recommend this nail salon for acrylic nails and customer needs.
