Ordered gopher control supplies on Apr.19/11 with payment through PayPal. Received email from Company advising items back ordered but expect to ship with maximum of 10 days. Order not received and no response to emails. I cancelled order and requested refund, both by email and phone but nothing despite numerous additional calls. Company acknowledged refund due and despite promises no refund received to date.
