Party City Strippers posted a picture of me claiming I am one of their strippers, I'm not, Internet

Recently a friend of mine brought to my attention that a adult services website had my picture on it. Not only was it my picture, but they claim that I am one of the strippers. I have never done any adult performances nor have I ever been in that industry in anyway, but 8 or so years ago I had worked with a photographer, David Bang, who took my photos for my modeling portfolio. In lieu of payment, he had me sign a contract where he retains the rights to my picture and therefore can sell it to anyone.

After I had found out that it was my photographer that sold them the rights, I contacted Party City Strippers to ask them to take off my photo as they are representing me in false light. The fact that they attributed my picture to something knowing that it wasn't true is highly offensive and has nothing to do with the fact that I have signed a contract with the photographer. The owner of the company called me back the next day, but only after a friend of mine pretended to call and asked to book a stripper.

When I introduced myself and said, I am not one of your strippers, the woman on the other end went off on me and proceeded to berate me for 5 minutes and used every single offensive word in the book and that I should "read" my contract. When I pointed out to her that it has nothing to do with my contract but the fact that they are claiming that I am one of their employees, she said that she has a lawyer and that she's taking it down as a courtesy, when in my opinion, she's scared that she got caught, which she did. Not only is this company using false advertising, the company is ran by someone that doesn't have business ethics nor any intelligence.
