Party Fair East Windsor NJ ripper me off today. They quoted me a price for rental chairs. They stated we could return the chairs any day next week with no extra charge. 4 days later the chairs were returned and they charged us double for the rental. Complained to the manager and she was rude and did not care. She said the owner never told us that and we must pay. Complete rip off.

All table and chair rentals at Party Fair in East Windsor, New Jersey are for a period of a 3 day maximum. We have rental agreements that state when the tables and chairs need to be returned by so that we may rent them again for someone else. As with any rental company, time periods are key to the business. If someone rents a car and brings it back a day late then obviously they are charged the rate for the extra time. It is no different with tables and chairs. Unfortunately, sometimes people don't understand the impact that returning things late can impact businesses, especially small businesses. Extra days mean that we cannot rent these items to anyone else for that period of time. Our rentals are very reasonable and we try to accommodate everyone.
