Played a qualifing tourny, came to the bubble and several drop outs ensued.
Went from chip leader to short stack as i couldn't stay connected.
Pushed on pocket aces and they folded my hand.
Refused to investigate, claimed no problems their end.

Refunded buy in in full but would not check vital hand.
Support staff told me bad luck.
