PARTY WITH THE JERSEY DEVIL JEFF CAMPBELL STEALS BRANDING IDEAS AND WEBSITE CONTENT AND DOESNT PAY MONEY OWED SOMERS POINT, New Jersey

With the end of the meeting, my partner and myself were very to excited to be part of such an event.  We were happy to work on it, we had so many ideas and began to work on them almost immediately -

Fast forward to the case at hand -    basically what we have here is someone who fed us lies and stole all of our ideas and passed them off to a "friend" with a company similar to ours to make a website more or less exactly the same as ours including STOLEN GRAPHICS - LOGOS - IMAGES - CONTENT - even down the format the site is practically identical... you can compare the two for yourself!  our site is www.partywiththejerseydevil.com AND THEIRS IS partywiththejerseydevil.net   take a look for yourselves you will see.     With that being said Jeff claims that this all came about when he was cleaning out his garage he came across a business card of a friend of 10 years that did a few websites for him in the past for other ATTEMPTS at parties like this - see JEFF tried this a few years back and it was shut down by the town - my point is that Jeff called his friend and realized he was willing to do the website for FREE... thats very nice of him - the problem with that is that my partner and I have at this point already spent 3 weeks creating a 10 page website complete with an online store, t-shirt sales, picture display, a forum, original air brush of jeff's face, original slogan, original graphics, 2 facebook accounts which were updated, and 1 twitter account which was updated regularly up till now. 

As you can see we put a lot of time and effort into creating an entire media network for Jeff and PARTY WITH THE JERSEY DEVIL.  In the last few weeks I have made several attempts to talk to Jeff about when we could expect payment and he would tell me "ill stop by at 3pm" then obviously never show up... then it would be "oh ill come by in 2 or 3 days".. the whole thing wasn't adding up because NOTHING JEFF EVER PROMISED HAPPENED - so i did my homework and was able to locate the company that he was giving our information too... I spoke with the owner who let me in on the story about how Jeff was playing both sides of the fence.  When he would speak to Jeff he said Jeff would use "colorful" language when speaking about us and that he was planning on having our site SHUT DOWN after this new one was completed...  after hearing about this and even during all of this I gave Jeff MULTIPLE opportunities to part way civilly.  I would ask Jeff if he was interested in working with his friend and if he would like to part ways with us - and if he wished to do so that would be fine and all we would want is payment in full... 

In addition Jeff denied denied denied and said "what's wrong with having two websites"  and I explained that there is NOTHING wrong with having two websites except when one of the websites is NOTHING BUT STOLEN CONTENT AND PIRATED MATERIAL BY ANOTHER COMPANY- then there's an issue.  Either way, JEFF CAMPBELL WAS GIVEN UMP-TINE CHANCES TO PAY HIS THE BILL FOR THE SERVICE HE ASKED FOR - THATS ALL HE HAD TO DO - However Jeff layered lie over lie -  JEFF claims he had no idea his friend of 10 years was creating a website and that he didn't "have time" to look at it.  Jeff claims that he only talked to his friend after having an issue with us about the website being under OUR GODADDY account when THE PIRATED website was created on SEPT 7 and that conversation didnt take place until SEPT 14. 

IT IS CLEAR AS DAY THAT WE AS A COMPANY ARE SUBJECT TO A MAN STEALING IDEAS, MEDIA MATERIAL, CONTENT AND HARDWORK from 2 26 year old young men trying to build a business on hard work and merit ONCE HE REALIZED HE COULD HAVE HAD IT DONE FOR FREE...  We did everything that was asked of us, from initial construction of the website - to additions and regular updates.  We even contributed a ton of our own ideas which Jeff used.  All of what we did was in good faith that Jeff would make good and pay us for our work and when the time came to collect JEFF CAMPBELL OF SOMERS POINT NJ was just like any other dishonest person who was full of nothing but empty promises and stories and all the while was defaming our name as a company for no good reason.. 

As I said I even had an opportunity to speak with the owner of the other company who was finally able to shed some light on this whole ordeal.  All we ever wanted was to be compensated for our services and till this moment have not be able to do so.  I even called Jeff TWICE TODAY and his WIFE ANSWERED AND CURSED ME OUT AND ASKED  "ARE YOU F---KING STUPID??? DIDNT JEFF SAY HED CALL YOU WHEN HE HAD SOME MONEY FOR YOU???" then proceeded to say she was going to go to the police station to file a harassment suit against me for calling two times to day to see if we could make a final arrangement to pay for our services... guess not! To Mr and Mrs Campbell AND PARTY WITH THE JERSEY DEVIL - im very sorry things ended this way - our intentions WERE ALWAYS GOOD and we only strived to assist in making this even great - im sorry your intentions werent.  I wish you the best and hope noone else does a service for your guys and doesn't get paid for their hardwork.  WATCH OUT GUYS!!!  Make sure you collect payment up front!
