I purchased $80 worth of baby shower favors and never received them.
When I went back to the web site to inquire about my order, they site was no longer up. I had paid through PayPal so I reported it. PayPal said I "won" my case, but the account of the company had no money in it so they could not refund me. PayPal was worthless in their promises to protect your purchase.
The company, partytimefavor.com, is now back up and you can make purchases, but there is no address or telephone number to contact them and my emails to them have gone unanswered. You would think that PayPal would continue to try to contact them, but they have not. In addition, PayPal is again listed as a form of payment on the web site for this company.
Stay away from these dishonest people - partytimefavor.com.

Information is not true and seems to be that the person writing these false reports are very unhappy with how productive their business is doing so they bash others with negative feed back.
The only reason why names were changed was because we received information that we could not continue to use name due to copy rights owned by another company. And for the record I have a very strong feeling who and what company that keeps writing these negative reports . If you took time to do your job right and stop stealing pictures from my website and criticizing others your business might progress.

www.partytimeflavors.com They deleted their other website partytimefavor.com and opened an exact one with this name and the same items and the same stolen pictures. The are now changing names because their reputation was tarnished. Find them at www.partytimeflavors.com to get your money back. Go to the site and you can verify all of this.

They steal pictures from other websites and claim those pictures as their work. One site that they stole from was House of Occasion. Compare the pictures and you will see how partytimefavor lies. You can't deal with a thief. You possibly ordered something they never had because they stole the picture. Google partytimefavor and you will see that they have a myspace page and ads on many free sites. To prevent other people from getting scammed I suggest posting your story with a link to here on each site they are advertising on. Maybe this may help you get your money back. Plus it will warn other consumers before they lose their money.

If you used a credit card to fund this Paypal transaction, then you are covered there too. Provide your credit card company with the info that Paypal decided the case in your favor and they will also go after the company.
Additionally, have you contacted Paypal about the Company's website being back up? They may have closed the paypal account and reopened with new banking information to avoid the chargebacks. Let paypal konw they're up and running again and Paypal may resume the investigation.
