I placed an order for 24 Baby shower Capias in February 2014. I never received an email confirmation from the company. However on March 25, 2014 they withdrew $61.59 from my checking account for the order. I've called to find out the status, I've left voice messages, sent messages through their contact us link and I haven't heard from anyone! I hope this helps othe customers not to get scammed by this company as I did.

As stated by Angela an order was placed and the money was billed when the order was being processed. Unfortunatly during that time there were some circumstances beyond my control which prevented me from completing and shipping her order. Angela Nunez was never ripped off since a credit was issued in full to her credit card account in May of 2014.
I work with each customer to make sure they receive what they order. I also make sure that what they see is what they get. I place a lot of details on each item that requires a lot of attention. I don't receive one or two orders a month therefor I have long ours and some times it's hard to reach me by phone. I have a lot of repeat customers because they know the quality of work they will receive.
I have never ripped anyone off, if anything I've been ripped off by many taking advantage of my generosity. To have someone slander my name in this matter is very insulting and unjust since she got her money back without a hassle.
I would've reponded to this complain/pack of lies sooner had I'd known this was even on here.
