Now he has "turned a new leaf" and is offering all types of mediocure law services. This guy is a total loser. He just graduated from some two-bit law school Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He will take your case then take your money with no results. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...If you are going to get representation you should find a reputable Attorney not this guy.

THIS GUY IS A JOKE! This guy will be shut down. I am a Real Estate attorney in California, and like most of us here business has not been so good. I never did Loss Mitigation becuase I knew that eventually with all the SCAMMERS like NASIR PASHA ESQ,  either this industry will not last, or people will go to Jail. After the CALIFORNIA SENATE BILL 94 was passed (NOT ALLOWING ANY COMPANY EVEN ATTORNEYS IN CALIFORNIA) accept  upfront for fees for modification assistance, half of the attorneys were either disbarred, shut down, or changed thier name or outline of services rendered. This guy  N .PASHA ...PASHA LAW FIRM clearley has found a new tactic to scam even more homeowners. Its a wonderful business. SCAM a home owner in a real estate closing with bait and switch and forgery tactics. Then scam them 5 years later when the destressed mortgage you had them sign by claiming you can help them modify there mortgage. Than SCAM them believing you can help them get thier money back from other scammers and also promise them a modification.IS that his way around getting around sb 94? . THAts 3 scams by the same individuals....boy thes guys are making money. At the  end of the day PASHA LAW FIRM PRINCIPLE NASIR PASHA , blogs in every website he can find about himself, soliciting his wonderful service of helping home owners from scammers. This guy IS A CROOK AND IS FINDIND A WAY TO MAKE MONEY!

The authorities are cracking down hard on "attorneys" like this guy.  Check out the California State Bar website as well as the California Attorney General website for instructions on filing a claim.  If he was working with any loan modification company (real estate agent, broker, mortgage broker, etc.) you can file a complaint against them as well on the Attorney General's website.  Here are the links:

Nasir Pasha is not a crook

AUTHOR: Donald - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 26, 2010

I have dealt with Mr. Pasha in the past for advice when I was scammed. He made it very clear to me that he could not represent me since my property is in Arizona. Even though he knew he could not represent me he was still accessible via email and phone calls. These complaints don't offer any details and seem bogus. I can attest to Mr. Pasha's good nature and passion for the law.

As far as the school he went to, I know more monumental idiots that came out of Harvard than any place else. Everyone pays for the education they can afford and if Nasir is a sample of the type of lawyer that the Thomas Jefferson School of Law produces, then they should be proud to call him an alumni.

You can email me at (((Redacted)) if you wish to confirm that I am not a sychophant and a real person that has been positively affected by Nasir's kindness and wisdom.

NASIR PASHA IS A SCAMMER THAT STEALS HOMEOWNERS MONEY

AUTHOR: jenny1212 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 20, 2010

I am very familiar with this fella. Infact he took 2700 dollars from my credit card in which was not authorized and lied about getting my money back from a company that i was working that was actually helping me. he talked me into pursuing it and not only did he take my money i did not get a modification, and becuase of him telling me not to sign a modifiation that i had approved by my lender from the company i was working with ... i now am in forclosue and out 5,000 (the fee for him and the other company)I read these complaints and its hilarious how he is going after people that got scammmed to make a living, when he was the one scamming himself.and i saw his website.finally hes coming out of the wood works when ive been trying to get a hold of this guy for months. This is fire that hes playing with , ..trying to solicit his service as if he really helps people. I am not a racist but if you are a smart american, do not trust this fella. It looks like he went on every website he could find to blog about scammers when he is the #1 scammer. I have filed a complaint with the attorney gerneral bill mccullom in the state of florida, this guy is going down!!!!!

Two- Bit NASIR PASHA

AUTHOR: niceguy - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 15, 2009

I am glad there was a response to my post by Mr. Pasha. I would like to correct Mr. Pasha on a few things.

1. As an attorney it may be important to some that you learn to read, write and spell. There is no such word or saying in the english dictionary as "ad homonym". The correct spelling and usage would be ad hominem. The irony is the word homonym is defined by a word that sounds the same but with different spelling. Yes, you are correct, I was giving a personal opinion of you and your deficiency in practicing law on behalf of others. I believe you are a two-bit attorney that sells mediocre law services. I also believe that if someone was going to hire an attorney they might want to hire someone that has recieved a law degree from a school someone has actually heard of.

2. The point I was making about you making money was not that you are going after loan modification services. It was that you started out your firm selling loan modifications. You claim you are now helping distressed homeowners when in fact you were making money off their pain just a year ago. Shame on you. PLEASE PEOPLE BEWARE AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER ATTORNEY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Yes, I am bitter. I trusted Pasha law to not only go after the fraudulent company that originally took my money, but also get my loan modified as well. He did neither! Now I am out even more money and worse off than before.

Sincerly,

Mr. Anonymous

Hoax and Fake Complaint

AUTHOR: Nasir N. Pasha - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 15, 2009

Not much to respond to.  This report has no details other than ad homonym attacks which I get all the time from loan modification fraud companies.  It is true that my firm has made money going after loan modification companies for fraud.

Please see my extensive list of suspicious companies that provide loan modification services: http://loanmodificationlegalhelp.pashalaw.com/category/suspicious-companies/.  Please also see similar threats of defamation lawsuits from some of these same companies.  I would also challenge anyone else to find another attorney in California that is actually actively pursuing lawsuits against these loan modification company scams.  I do not know of any.

This person's report is anonymous, so there is not much else to respond to since he or she provides no real details of "scams" or "being a snake."

For more information regarding our services, please feel free to contact us at 858-779-9604.
