When doing a search for the official government website, this one comes up first.  They say they give you applicaton assistance, which can be confusing.  They shouldn't even be listed as a passport website.  It is misleading eventhough they put in fine print that they check your application for errors at a cost of $69.  This cost is just to read through your application, which you can do for yourself and then send you the pdf which you can get by going to the official website.  Please double, triple check that you are at the official US governmet website and don't be mistaken like I was that they are actually doing something for your good.
