Dear Mr./Ms. Anonymous:

I am responding to your claims, and would love to satisfy your complaints, but I am not sure since you are anonymous what project you are referring to from August 2016, the time of your filing this report. Because in the last 3 years my company, Patricia Parker Interiors, has not done any custom drapery projects except for two small projects under $5000 combined. We have been busy working on furniture and accessories plus remodeling, so your claim does not fall within the timeframe you are referring to for work that I had supposedly done. 

Filing an anonymous report to simply bash and discredit my reputation hinders me from making things right on your behalf. It would appear that your claims are untrue simply based on the timeline and my desire to "do no harm" to anyone.
