I saw Patch Perfect advertised on TV and then went to their website to order the product on Oct 8, 2009. My instinct should have told me not to trust a company that asks for your credit card info right up front, but I went ahead and entered my info. I was ordering 2 for 1 at $19.95 plus $8.95 shipping and handling. When I clicked on the box to complete my order I got a pop up that asked if I wanted to Upgrade to Pro Pack for the same price of $19.95 but shipping and handling would now be $5.95. I immediately clicked on the Upgrade and requested Priority Processing. Thinking now I would get a break down on everything I ordered and total cost, this didn't happen. Instead I got another Pop Up to request an instant $10.00 Rebate. which I naturally couldn't pass up, then still another Pop Up for a $25.00 Wal Mart Gift Card, which I requested. What could I lose at this point? As it turns out, by requesting the Rebate and/or Wal Mart Gift Card automatically signed me up for an unknown membership to Provell Inc which I cancelled right a way.  I got a confirmation ID 10394630 showing I purchased Pro Pack Upgrade plus Rush Shipping. I never received a confirmation email or a breakdown of charges, but when I checked my bank account the next day there was an authorized charge of $278.65 on my debit card. I called Patch Perfect Customer Service (Eagle Eye Marketing) to cancel my order, (Oct 9, 2009) and was told it was too late to cancel but I could return the product for a refund. The product should arrive by Oct 21, 2009 but I will return it immediately. I don't know how this company can get away with charging your card without giving you a total break down of your costs before confirming. Please be aware.

Just to update you. The package arrived 10/21/2009 by USPS. Luckily I was at home and refused the package. I called my bank and they reversed the charges. All is well!
