On 9-12-08 Patch Perfect Products charged my account $27.95 for 2 packages of its product (special). Only 1 package was received . I tried to contact the company to no avail. Began doing research to discover the product is not as advertised. I want to return the product, be refunded and such deceptive practices be stopped immediately
