Paying almost 2000 a month I wouldn't think that I would get charged just to have my drain unclogged that started a few months after moving in. With just a few days left before my lease is up, I get a bill for $262 for unclogging the drain with maintenance but this was many many months ago and just now letting me know there was charge. This is a ripoff, what is maintenance for?
