FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT WAS SUPPOSE TO HELP ME CONSOLDATE MY BILLS MY HUSBAND DIED AND I NEEDED TO PAY OFF BILLS.
THEY TOOK 288.00 OUT MY ACCOUNT FOR 24 MTHS LAST PAYMENT THEY TOOK 294.85 OUT MY ACCOUNT JAN 25.2012
I HAVE CONTACTED THEM SO MANY TIMES CAN NOT CONTACT ANYONE CONCERNING THESE TWO BILLS THAT THEY CLAIM THEY TOOK CARE OF LAST PERSON I TALK TO WAS FRED GONZALES STATEING I STILL HAD 400.00 IN MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM IF SO WHY HAVENT THEY TOOK CARE OF THESE BILLS ARE WHERE IS THE BALANCE OF MY FUNDS?
WHAT ELSE IS IT FOR ME TO DO BUT CONSIDER THAT THEY HAVE RIP ME OFF. I AM A 68 YEAR OLD WIDOW.
