Ms Doyle hired a top professional interior designer to assist her with the redesign and remodel of her home located at 4250 Biona located in the neighborhood of Kensington in San Diego, CA 92116. 619 964.5389 619 563.5389 and is now is being sued for failing to honor her financial commitments and make payroll to her contractors midway through a valid and very fair contract. The current slander and libel Ms Doyle is posting about her designer is intended to stop the suing process for failing to pay for the work completed at the property exactly per the contracts terms and the owner's instructions. The lawsuit will be of public record and will supply the true facts that work was ordered, started and done exactly as contacted and when the next phase of work's payment was due the homeowner wasn't able to get the money she claimed she already had! There were no defects or problems except when the next phase funds were due they were not available and the job had to be "suspended" for lack of payment. Since then Patty Doyle has been harassing and posting horrific accusations and defamation statements about the designer to ruin her business. When obviously This is a case of someone ordering work they could not afford and perhaps even tried to manipulate the system to get the project done without having to pay for it.
