These individual person are doing business and it's a SCAM SCAM. We invest our 250K hard earn money to these Company and we are about to loose our property because of their projection ROI. I don't know if they are making money out of our investment. I tried calling Patricia and send numerous email but no answer. WARNING........ DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY DO SCAM BUSINESS.

The Client did invest money through Imperial Valley Assoc. (Patrica Atendido) in 2006. The amount received from Imperial Valley Assoc. (an investment club type company) reserved for this client was not the stated $250K but something much lower and a large portion was returned to Imperial Valley at its request. Also our company and it associates are not earning any money from this business relationship.
Our company was the victim of Imperial Valley Assoc. too. Imperial contributed approximately $60K directly for a well drilling project in which the check bounced and the owner withdrew from all communications.
Our company has successful gas wells from that time, they are and have been productive since 2007. they are still producingfrom the original zone. This is not even the primary zone and there are three other productive zones in these products
We have made some unfortunate and poor investments too; up to 2008 we were only 50% successful and had many partners in the business. Slowly we have reduce those partners to only two partners.
Currently our industry partners who are in the private gas and oil fractional wells are currently 80% successful and the last 8 oil projects all have oil shows and 4 are currently in production, with the remaining in completion.
It is an unfortunate situation what happened to these clients. As stated to all our clients during our presentations, the ROI is real when the wells are successful and productive. The gas and oil industry is a high risk investment and they are not always successful ventures. If you get into this investment be prepared to make and loss money. like any very high return investments the requirements are strict and the investors must be qualified to make these investments.
