Patricia Zacharias ripoff Puppy mill, and misrepresentation of dogs Aberdeen Saskatchewan

I found this lady's ad in the local buy sell.com. I then called her and spoke with her about one of her males. I put my deposit down on one male, that I had pick out from pictures of 25 puppies. I put the deposit down on Feb.1/05. On Feb.3/05 myself and my fiance were looking at her website and realize she had a really nice female as well. I then that night put another deposit down on her. we were told that the pups would have to wait until the 19th of feb. to be delievery, which was fine. this lady seems to be trust worthly, so on the 15th of feb, I sent her the remaining mount owed on my dogs. She then told me how great my dogs were doing. On the 19th she delieverd them to Alberta in my town, Airdrie AB. We met in a parking lot, and when we got close to the van we realized there was a really bad smell. It was the puppys. She had 15 pups in 2 small crates that travelled all the way from SK. She claimed they stopped 3 times in 8 hours, but they had no where to go to the bathroom but on each other. We then got our dogs and got home, to get the bathe. Once bathed up, we noticed our boy was not the boy we original bought. She had mixed up the puppies.

Opon calling her for 3 days, she refused to talk to me, after finding out her vet did not work on this pups, like we were told, we became very confused. On the 23rd of feb, she finally got her daughter to call me to fiqure out why i was calling. She refuses to take responsibly for her mistake, and refuse to take the dog back. She will take the dog back, at the buyer's expense! Even though it was her mix up. Once talking to her, she had told us that she sold our dog on the 8th, when we had him on hold for 7 days before that.
