Patricia's Petals Bait and Switch Las Vegas NV

I ordered the following in deluxe: Pink and white are two colors that together generate a look of pure grace and sophistication. This floral arrangement makes the most of that look, combining white daisies, pink roses, and pink carnations in a rectangle vase with of course a pink and white satin ribbon. I included the assorted Mylar balloons and a card.

What was received was a small round vase with six opened red roses and daisies that were wilting. With one partially deflated balloon, I was charged over $83 and was offered $14.99 back. 

I sent them a copy of their policy to substitute equal or greater value, but they told me to read the policy. I do that for a living. 

I only offer kudos to the driver. Apparently, this is an internet business, but even sending them a picture didn't offer much.

I would recommend not using their services. It was not worth it.
