 Continue the robo calls and the investigation will pursue severe and stiff penalties.

Day #20 and still no VGN Subscriber Exclusive games on ACR . . .

Month is 2/3rds over.  Wonder what the deal is . . .

Sure hope those that paid money get what they pay for . . .

My refund completed today - the 14th . . .

" This email confirms that the Pending Refund you received for $1.99 USD from pbrownell@devanon.com has cleared. The funds are now reflected in your PayPal balance. "

However - today is June 14th - 46.7% of June gone by and not one $25gtd Sub Game - matter of fact - not a single VGN freeroll whatsoever so far in June 2018 . . .

I sure hope that all those that paid money to be a VGN Subscriber and access the games as promised get refunded too!

For some reason screenshot of refund wasn't posted with first rebutal.. I'm trying again.  This shows the report was put up after the 1.99 refund and ban was put into effect.

You charge "Subscribers" a monthly fee to "acceess" the "Subsciber Only" Tournaments . . .  Which you didn't deliver June 1st thru June 8th.  Today is the 9th and still no Sub Game to play that people paid to play.

They may have $0 cost to enter - but, Players can spend their money on rebuys and addons.  In addition - you do in fact "handle any transactions of funds that are used for online poker" - when you collect subscription fees from poker players to access "private" poker tournaments and then supposedly use these funds to pre-load your account on the Poker Network since you guarantee certain prize pool amounts . . .  Problem is - as of yesterday - it seems that the Poker Network never got funded to host June's Subscriber $25gtd FreeBuys - at least thru today the 9th.

Ha - I got kicked and banned because I was explaining that based on certain phrases in a Newsletter - you said that Subscribers had acceess to "DAILY" $25 Guaranteed FreeBuy Tournaments.  Another Subscriber had the same happen to him a few minutes prior because he asked for a refund.

Negative.  My refund has not posted to my account since you failed to refund it instantly and otherwise chose to use PayPal's echeck function.  As of 6/9/2018 - I have not received any refund . . .

Not one statement by me is false.  However - I can't same the same about yours . . .

Should it be neccessary in a court of law - I have multiple witnesses that can attest to my original complaint.

Throughout the month we give our community access to private events specifically to our subscribers on various poker networks but do not charge players to participate in them nor do we guarantee any set schedule of events for subscribing to our service. All tournaments are free we do not handle any transactions of funds that are used for online poker. Our Subscription offers many things and our network does gift our subs with tournaments at various points throughout the month but they are free of charge and are on no set schedule and/or platform or site. All of things that come with a subscription are listed clearly in a numbered list before you subscribe on our website. This person has been abusive, threatening and disruptive to the community for months. Today it was decided that this particular person be banned permanently from the Social Community. After being banned this person was refunded his $1.99 payment VIA Paypal immediately and was permanently removed from our website. After this person was removed from our website he then made threatening demands of which we did not comply and then this report was made. This information contained inside of this report is 100% false.

Attached is a copy of the receipt which proves a refund was issued immediately to this player. We will not be blackmailed or comply with threatening demands. We stand by our decision to have this players right to participate in our community revoked permanently. We take pride in this community and strive to do our best to provide the best services to all of our customers. With a social community it is expected that there will be some bad apples this is case in fact. At least he won't be bothering anyone else for some time to come.
