The person advertises his site with google and paypal. He has put alot of real information on his site. Paypal says he is a member. But then after to pay you receive nothing from him that he promises and he then sends a reminder to you to pay every 10 days. None of his links get you anywhere, emails come back failed I even wrote him a letter got no response but I keep getting emails asking me to pay.
