patriot health uca fedility and optimum Broker - Chris Habert lead me to believe i was purchasing health coverage. PPO plan, no deductible, etc. effective immediately. very evasive when asked. east coast

I thought i was purchasing health coverage. PPO, no deductible, etc. effective immediately. Told I would receive email in 24 hrs with ID cards and hard copy in mail. Never received email. No call back when i contacted them at the # they provided me with. Amt. deducted from credit card immediately AND it wasn't even the amount they quoted me on phone.
