After speaking to 'Stuart S.' with Patriot Moving, he suggested that my husband Paul and I lock in their summer rate by putting down a $550.00 deposit and we then could contact them when we were ready to move.
They kept in touch with us throughout the months and once we were ready to move, my husband googled the company name and got to the moving scam website.
We thought this was an obvious sign and decided to go with a reputable mover. We were first told by Patriot Moving that we needed to dispute the charge with our credit card co. since services were not rendered, but the time limit had expired.
Needless to say, after they told us our refund would be here anywhere between 4-8 weeks, we have not gotten our refund and phone and email messages have gone unreturned.
