I am not going to write a long winded report, plain and simple they say they offer 24/7 service try and find a phone number on the website. faulty installation that there "monitoring service" calls and says there is a problem and then when you call them they say it will reset, THEN WHY CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!! and wake people up!!! They are half rate service, you can find better! The recording gives backup numbers to try they turn there phones off at night. Barry Welch makes a ton of money as the "project manager" try to contact him after the job is done.
