Today 03.14.2018 at 9 pm I was insulted by Mr. Charles Forbes in front of my family.  I went to buy a basic KIA SOUL 2018 and a KIA SEDONA 2018.  Mr. Forbes has a bad attitude and temper.  He mistreated and insulted me at the dealership.  He misrepresents Patterson KIA of Arlington.  I want a written apology from this person who is unable to treat potential buyers right.  I will tell the world not to buy from this dealership.  This is the worse car buying experience I ever had.  The manner Mr. Forbes treated me is unacceptable.  He is not professional at all.
