I hired Paul Davis DuPage (Rich Kramer) to restore my home after water damage. The customer service was awful, the work was terrible. They had to re-do almost everything they touched. They painted my garage with my car inside and got paint all over my vehicle. Rich never paid to get the paint off or even help me. I still have items left undone, he took my insurance money and I’m left to pay for the work to get done again. Be aware of this Company I tried to call the headquarters in Florida but they are no help! Stay away from all Paul Davis companies.

Our vision at Paul Davis of DuPage is to provide extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need. At the time of completion we felt that our company accomplished this goal with the client. We made sure we handled her claim in a professional manner with care. The insurance carrier was also pleased with our attention to detail and making sure their insured was handled in a professional manner. It is unfortunate we were not able to satisfy this client’s expectations. We continue to work with this insurance carrier and have a very favorable relationship.
