PAUL DEREK GENDRON DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES, Minnesota

I had dealings with Mr. Gendron late 2009 when I noticed an ad on Craigslist about a pet website for sale. The cost of the website was 7800 to my surprise, it seemed like a lot but with any matter I checked it out. I got a call latenight and it was Mr. Gendron. We proceeded to talk about his webiste he had listed for sale. Mr. Gendron told me he had a Craft Website that was just so busy,he had no time to run this pet website he started. Mr. Gendron said the site was making in excess of 20k a month before he had to close it down because he was just too busy with his Craft Website. I was believed what Paul had told me as fact, and wired him two sperate payments totaling 7800.

I even went as far as to come meet him in person. I told Paul I had no Internet experiance with online sites, and would need help setting up the serch engines that was just greek to me. Mr. Gendron said it was so easy, and he would help with that no problem and to make sure it was up and running smooth. I took my own money and flew to MN booked a hotel, and meet him at his house. He was very nice as anyone would be, I just sent this guy 7800 dollars right?. We sad down in his living room office and he showed me his online back office.

Thats when I started to feel the hair on the back of my head stand up. And yes Paul that nervous twitch, I had was me almost passing out on the fact that I just gave this guy 7800 dollars, knowing he sells these websites to anyone!!!!. I asked Paul directly as we sat together, do you sell this site over and over, and he shook his head no, but deep down I knew I was totally scammed. I made the best of it, it was really a short meeting. I planned to stay a week, as I wanted Paul to live up to his words and help me setup the website search engine.

Once I got back to my hotel, I made a night of it, and went to sleep. The next morning I woke up and I had received an email from Paul saying he didnt have time to sit down and work a search engine up for me. Wow, the tables have turned right? This guys got the money but he didnt care about a guy that not only gave him 7800 an booked a flight to MN thnking he would have one on one training to setup his little online business. He just made is really clear that it was over. I went back home and called a few computer techs out, and asked them how much more money would this take to get setup so I could make the money that Paul told me I could make, 15-20k a month or if not I was just doing something completly wrong.

They basically looked at me like I had 3 heads just coming back from Mars. And they said to do that kind of volume I would need to me setup like PetsMart, and would be talking into the 10s of thousands of dollars and those figures would still be a far streach. So yeah I'm not a QUITER ME. Gendron, I have made good money in my life with honest hard work, you should try it sometime. I just took a look at what the professionals told me, and decieded to cut my losses. Could I have made maybe a few grand a month, hmmm maybe who knows but I seriously doubt it!!!.

I didnt want to put anymore good money into a plan that could JUST BREAK EVEN!!!!!. I was taken by a very gifted salesman. Its really a shame, I was taken like so many other were. I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING A FAMILY BUSINESS PAUL!!! This is what I dont understand that IC3 doesnt get either. Let me help you on what the CLEAR deffenision of fraud is. Fraud is the miscepception of a matteral FACT, TO WITHOLD INFORMATION AS TRUE. I have stated my case PURE AND SIMPLE, if one wants to entertain the wild dreams of Mr. Paul Gendron that you will make 15- or 20k a month in the first month after opening, and the orders will be poring in, then thats your choice.

Hey if it was under a 1,000 Id say lesson learned, and its gonna take a lot more money to get this pig up and running. But to FORK OVER 7800!!!!! Buying into what this guy was saying I would make 15-20K a month I was JUST ANOTHER FOOL AND IF YOU BUY INTO THIS STUPID SALES PITCH YOU ALSO WILL BE HOLDING THE 7800 DOLLAR BAG. Go ahead you MF*** try to take me to COURT BITHC!!! WILL SE WHAT THE JUDGE HAS TO SAY FU AND YOUR IDEL THREATS!!! BRING IT b***h!! ITS OUT FIRST AMMENDMENT RIGHT TO SPEAK OUT LOOSER!!!
