Paul Gray Real Estate takes advantage of college student, it does not maintain houses. Yet charges out landish rent for small houses. He also does not provide parking where there is no other place to park, he told us to park in mud where we had to be pushed out and stuck to avoid ticketing. He did not fix a leaky sink for an entire year, where there was a constant stream of water running. He also tried to charge 12 percent interest when only 6 percent is allowed in the state of PA. Rent is due in May, when the lease does not start until September.
