The company describes itself as a development stage company, that manufactures and markets atmospheric water generators (AWG) for home/small office use and office or commercial use. Its AWG harvests drinking water from ambient air. The company sells its products under the WaterPure brand name through a network of distributors in the United States, France, the United Arab Emirates, the Cayman Islands, Great Britain, Columbia, Costa Rica, and Mexico. The company was founded in 2005 and is based in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania.

WaterPure Int'l was a "fully reporting" Public Company. All financials were audited and filed with the SEC.
As a CEO of several public companies before WaterPure, I have never had any SEC violation against me.
No criminal record. The person filing the report may have been a "shorter" trying to bring down the price of the stock.
That is not unheard of.
