I do not have a loan with this lender. He stated that a warrant was issued and provide a fake docket case number was attached to the email to appear in court. There was nothing attached to the email so I replied asking him to provide the warrant. He stated I’d I do not pay the $1200 now that I would pay more than $5000 in court.
