Laura Stuart is President of I.A.F.S.T. also a member of Foreclosurepedia.org.. 

Tim Stymus is a member of Foreclosurepedia.org..

Laura Stuart is owner of The Real Estate Solution Group and owes ALOT of people alot of money for work they performed. 

 Tim Stymus owes our company 1,000's as of this post. 

BOTH are members of Paul Williams membership for the organization that he promotes to stick up for LABOR and help them with any disputes they may have. SO i contacted Paul about not being paid by Tim Stymus and informed him about Laura Stuart not paying contractors, some of which have written articles right here on RipOffReport.com 

They have filed against "the Real estate solutions group on several occasions here on this site. When I contacted Paul, he did NOTHING about his own members not paying others. He actually laughed at me on phone. Then he went into his rant and rave about how any lawyer will NOT confront him after I told him my lawyer would go after Tim Stymus for non payment.

I told him that she would serve his member with paperwork and he went nuts going off on ALL women in general talking about the private parts and how all women are worthless. On my phone, I have automaic recording for my business which is legal if a 3rd party is present which now makes this a non private call in Florida so all calls are no longer private and no law prohibits recording at that point. 

 So I have recordings to PROVE this guys talks very nasty about women and how they are only good for 1 thing in life. He is crazy, unprofessional, and unstable based on his phone recordings. 

 He claims to look out for labor in the field, but in reality his own OFFICERS are SCREWING the labor ad he is approving of it by doing nothing to get them paid. His contract he signs with you is not followed and you must constantly contact him about helping you with issues that arised and he was aware of. Then he doesnt answer your phone calls and ignores emails. 

 You pay him $1500 for a service, he tells you he will keep everything in confidence and then completly throws all your business informtion on his foreclosurepedi.org website SLANDERING you and someone elses company that you have NOTHING to do with and can prove in ANY COURT OF LAW.. But if you ask him, courts do what he wants or says because he has that much pull...Sorry still picking myself off floor from laughing at that comment he loves to make saying he is above the court.

 SO moral of story is DONT give this man any money, subscribe to his services as services are not rendered and he actually breaches his own contract. 

Dont use Laura Stuart as she does not pay you and hides behind Paul.

Dont use Tim Stymus as he hides behind Paul as well.
