Paul Wolfe DBA PAUL WOLFE Painting LLC FRAUDULENT PRACTICE OF CONTRACT DEPOSIT WITH NO INTENT TO PERFORM Cape Coral Florida

Paul Wolfe has failed to adhere to his mediation agreement of repayment (FEB 2017).  A court ordered judgement has been

filed in my favor for the non-return of the $2,500.00 deposit taken at the time of entering the contract (represenenting the 50%

deposit) and all court costs, as well as attorney fees incurred in an effort to enforce the judgement lien.  Paul WOlfe has refused 

to cooperate, reimburse any court directed order, and continues to operate in Lee County within Florida in Cape Coral, Fort Myers,

Fort Myers Beach, etc.  Beware of this individual who takes 50% deposits and never show up to perform ANY of the work and

skips off with the funds!  He has NOT answered any legal inquiries of disclosure requests for personal assets.  "This man is

(truly) a sheep in 'Wolfe's" clothing!!!!"

The Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida judge awarded a summary judgement against Paul Wolfe for failure to comply with arbitration settlement as well.  No assets have been found aso fot his date 6/1/2017 to satisfy the lien filed against Paul Wolfe.  Research is being conducted to find assets to attach!  Paul Wolfe is a scamming con-artist who takes a 50% deposit on written contract(s) and never intends to perform the task!  He  misrepresents unfulfilled expectation dates of showing up, one delay after the other.  After four months, small claims court proceedings, etc. I have nothing to show for it!

The Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida judge has issued a summary judgement.  A lien has been filed.  No assets have been located of this date 6/1/2017, however, research is still being performed to pursue collection(s).  Paul Wolfe is NOT an honorable business person and =most definitely scammer con artist.  He takes 50% deposits and never intends to perform the work at all!
