Paul does not have his own broker license, as he will be quick to tell you that he is a broker or Real Estate “Shark”. He lost his own house to foreclosure and his business intelligent office. (Kicked out of 2 offices since losing them) Paul was a water salesman before real estate and is full of bull. He never graduated High School and claims to be a Grossmont Graduate, check it out for yourself – he is not on record there. In fact look at his Linkin, he says “Jr High School” Be aware of what he tells you about his past and if he says he holds a brokers license, ask to see it and confirm with the state. He is a real estate agent and plays on the name Wynn. He even chooses like font and colors of the Steve Wynn. Please he could not even carry Steve Wynns lunch box…. Nothing but a lot of “you will get rich” working for me and all it is – is split real estate agent commission not brokers.

Hi, my name is Paul Wynn. My Broker's license number for Nevada is BS.0143587. The person who wrote the hilarious and untrue rant about me began with the fact that I am not a Nevada broker or that I hold a Broker's license. The letter BS that begins my license stands for "Broker Salesperson". You may call the GLVAR at your discretion to verify should you choose. As for the rest of the ramblings made by this person whom I through out of my office after trying to pursuade me to break the law and commit fraud, anyone who knows me would know that everything said in his comical rant has no basis in fact.
It was however the funniest and most non-sensicle attempt at character assasination I have ever read. Sorry sir, those who know who I am know better. Nice try though ad thanks forthe use of that picture of me. It's actually a flattering pic if I may say so myself.
