Pauline Carpino-AAA Disrepectful unprofessional supervisor. Santa Ana California

I had been a customer with AAA for over 2 yrs- payment made every month on time. I terminated my services prior to an expiration date- yet was still getting a bill from AAA. I called in and spoke to Pauline Carpino, tried to explain why I was calling. About 10 mins into the call, this women started over talking me. Refused to listen and then began to belittle and sarcastically mimic my efforts to get and understanding. 

I then stated to her that I would share my experience online and was told "oh so now you are threatening me" - "no I am not threatening you- I have all intentions of carrying out my right to share my experience".  She  then wanted to sacastically spell her name....now you know who this desrepectful lady is. If you get her on the phone at AAA- do not deal with her- the conversation just may not go well. 

I find her not fit for any managerial position- as a manager or supervisior should be trained to properly deal with the public and not created hostile envirnments- as what I dealt with, with this poorly train women.
