Paul's Tire now has two locations where they will rip you off as many times as they can. Bought brand new 15" tires for my Camry, nothing special and paid almost $400. After test driving them only 1/2 mile, drove back and noticed they were made in China. Didn't like the ride. Owner said no refund. Since they only sold crappy new tires from China, they wouldn't offer any exchanges for QUALITY tires.Stay away from either location ( Crain Hiway or 648 near Tate Dodge).
