Is there a Law in Chula Vista that Prohibits to park in your parking space, PAID by you to the Landlord a car that belongs to a family member and is only there for a few days, (more than 5) with out being harrased by the manager and the car being towed at owners expense?
after all the space is been pay by you, why such car
