I chose to participate in flex savings account with my employer, Booz Allen Hamilton. The scam is that PayFlex systems will withdraw money out of each of your paycheck, but when you try to get the money back, they will not return the whole amount for the year. I joined in March 2014 and they deducted $5000 for 2014. they are saying they willnot pay me back for January and February, even though I had not even joined up in those months. You cannot call these people. You only get a recording. I am getting a lawyer!

I sent PayFlex a "Warning Letter" which is required in the Commonwealth of Virginia before filing a claim in Small Claims Court. Miraculously I received a check for the amount owed to me 2 weeks later. Two weeks after that a woman called me and said it was all a big mistake. It's a shame you have to take a lawyer with you every time you try to do business.
