This payroll company has made a multitude of mistakes processing our payrolls from the beginning. The final straw was when they screwed up a payroll by not reviewing it and notifying us of he minimum wage increase then charging us for their mistake. We have had missed paychecks, incorrectly entered direct deposit information, employee information entered incorrectly causing mistaken E-Verify's and many other mistakes. DO NOT USE THEM! As a small business owner I have used many different payroll services throughout the years as I grow; this was by far and away the worst company I have every used.
