Articles 14, 15 and 16 or their Terms of Service define why this could happen..

AUTHOR: Ken - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, January 22, 2014

They describe their actions and your responsibities.  Have you read ALL the Terms of Service and complied with them?

If you have and they still keep your money sue them for breach of contract.  Somehow, I doubt they've actually breached the terms of their contract and you probably have. The BBB gives them an A+ rating.  They must have just singled you out.

Nope, I don't work for them or use their service.
