I ordered from payless.com yesterday and used a $20 gift card and they didn't honor it and charged the whole $45 to my credit card and will not answer their customer service phone number or my emails
I got the gift card from them because they cheated me on my last order and I only ordered from them again because I wanted to use the $20 card and now they wonb't even honor their own card and I am out that $20!
Their shoes are crap, would have never ordered anything except I didn't want that %$20 to be wasted after tney cheated me out of $50 on boots I returned

The gift cards are for in-store use only I believe. You could return the boots in a local store with the receipt and the money would be refunded to your credit card, and you could repurchase the boots (if you want) and pay with the gift card.
