This company will not fund your business accounts. They say they are the processor however, send you infomratio off to aanother company who may or may not process your coampanies transactions. If you want to just give you hard owned business account money to them, do not expect to be funded. If you have a website you will have to pay for a license to use their gateway to intergrate it into your website. You will find that you will be frustrated as well as your clients,

Payline Data Risk Response
AUTHOR: Payline Risk Department - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, July 09, 2015
Thank you for sharing your concerns and feedback regarding our company on this forum. We do apologize that you have not have a positive experience with our company regarding your account that was approved 04/29/2015.
It is never our intention to create a situation where a merchant is unhappy, however it is also our responsibility to properly handle risk and management of our merchant accounts. After this account was approved we monitored and noticed that over 80% of all attempted charges were declined. At this point the merchants bank account was also overdrawn, which caused an alert to be sent to us from their bank. These instances were in breach of our credit standards and did force us to close this account.
If you have any further questions, please follow up directly through the existing communication channels that have been in place. We hope that you are able to find a solution that better fits your business needs.

Truth B told,
I am the owner of Merchant Maverick and I assure you and everyone else on this forum that we don't take money from any of our vendors for the removal of negative merchant reviews. You left two reviews on our site, and they were as follows:
Payline Data are bunch of Crooks thats completely unprofessional and disrespectful thieves. Merchantmaverick.com gets paid to alter organic reviews from Merchants. Realscums.com should be the name and Jeff Shea is a fraud who is a THIEF IN A SUIT.
And...
Payline Data= Crooks in Common
We have a review policy listed near the comment form that you used to submit the above mentioned reviews. You can see the policy here. In that policy we have the following guidelines:
- Be cool. Critical is fine, but rude is not.
- Add value to the conversation.
- Be descriptive.“This company sucks!” is not enough info.
- If you use a dead email address, your review/comments will not be published.
- No self-promoting on another vendor’s review.
- No personal attacks.
- No name dropping.
- No flame wars
Your review did not have a clear reason why as to why Payline Data "are a bunch of crooks." There was no clear explanation as to your situation and thus your comments added zero value to our site. If you'd like to revisit our site and leave another review clearly describing your situation, I'd be happy to publish it for you.
Best,
Amad Ebrahimi - Founder

This company will not fund your account. They opened us a account and closed it within 3 days with no phone call email notification absolutely nothing. Goodluck getting in touch with them as well all they are going to do is give you a number to call and i promise you that you are going to get voicemail constantly. Left 2 voicemails May 4th i also emailed a Kimberley nobody every called me back they just left me wondering what happened to our account and today May 7th 2015 nobody has called me not even to tell us about our funds. We dont even know why are account was closed and never got our funds either. I am WARNING you do not use this company look elsewhere this is the worse experience i have ever had. No fees ever received

This is a nice response. They make it seem like they have a genuine concern for the customer. This can not be true because they never sent or I have we received any fees returned. I strongly still feel comfortable with stating, "Do not trust this company." If you do, I bet you will find that not only did you lose money but, you will have no superlatives to say about this merchant.

Payline Data does not and will not process merchant transactions. They are a third party service. Payline Data is a fairly new company and thrives on just that with little to no negatives reviews online given they surf the internet contiously paying bloggers to erase negative comments from the internet. Merchantmaverick.com will be the perfect example as I have left 2 comments on their site but it has never and will never be published. I have signed up with payline after a year of going back and forth with their sales agent Ryan. I crossed my T's and dotted all my I's incorporating my company which took about a year.
After buying products shooting a commercial and developing my website and finally getting the company off the ground PayData then informed me that the company name will not be approved for a merchant account because the 2 high risk bank in which they work with will not approve my comapany's name for an account. That not only sucked but I gave them another chance with another company I have in development in case my E cig company failed. The new company was standard risk so i figured it wouldn't be a problem. After months of developing my store. Payline approve me for a non high risk account. 2 months later I got my 1st sale. After 4 days of receiving my funds i called Payline they informed it will post in my bank in a week. After a week I called again and was told by their receptionist that it should post in a day after not receiving anything the next day their receptionist Tiffany then told me my merchant account was will be place on (FBH) Full Hold Balance because the underwiters did not approve me to sell designer bags on my store and that my account was only approved to cell phone cases and in order to receive my funds Payline Data and their underwriters will need me to remove all name brand items from my store or provide a resellers certificate for those item. Payline even went as far as to insist the items on my store might be counterfit and and they are taking on a major risk with my company beacuse the logo might fall off and the customer can then return the item for a charge back in which Payline is at risk and are extended credit to my company When I knew it was all crap because the merchant will be the one to cover all chargeback cost.
5 weeks has gone by now and the customer already has received her bag after a week of purchasing. I removed all the name brand items from my store only to be told by Payline the FBH remains because the website 800 number on original application is not whats on the website. Updated that. Called Payline whats nexts guys? Oh FBH remains because the address on website does not match what's on the original application. Ok fined updated that. Called Payline only to be told by Tiffany Dummer their receptionist that FBH is released in full amount. I checked my bank and $30.00 was deducted from the the amount and was told by Payline Data I was collections for an outstanding ACH fee. I only changed my banking info with Payline data twice and was charged 30 (5) seperate times in which Payline took it upon themselves to overdraft my account numerous times and I had to demand from the invoices from Payline. In the end canceled my account with Payline Data because of the day to day stress with this company only to check my account 2 weeks be charge $155.00 for a full year of PCI compliance fee. Wow $155.00 After Payline promises of no cancelation fee. I filled out paperwork with my bank to recover the fees only for Payline to come back and vigilantly take ot the 155.00 again.
Deep down I feel this company is not only racist but they will deliberately go out of their way to harm your company. They have cause me countless stress and has been working against me my company from the start. If itwasn't for Merchantmavericks.com deliberately altering organic reviews from Merchants I wouldn't have been in this situation in the 1st place.

Our sincere apologies go out to our customer for the experience he had with our company. We strive for a world-class experience with all of our customers, and in this case we clearly failed.
Upon learning of these issues we reached out to the customer and have credited back all fees, and closed his account as requested. During this time he exhibited patience with us and allowed us to close out this issue.
This is not indicative of the experience our customers regularly have with us, and we are using this example as a tool to find out where we may need to gain additional training or resources to ensure this is never repeated.
We wish him all the best.
Thank you
