i have called them several times and they said they will give me a refund. then i called again and left me on hold for ever and told me they couldnt give a refund. the only thing they can do is to give to mental advice, what am i? what did they mean by that.
they charge me on 05-12-06 twice 1 for $39.73 and for $39.99 plus a non sufficient charge from my bank of $34.00 for a total $113.98. i need this refund from fradulent companies like them
