PB Plumbing Employees Stole From Me! ORANGE California

This company was hired by my apartment complex, Eagle Glen Apartment in Murrieta, to do some plumbing work on the water heaters inside each apartment unit.  When I arrived home the night after these people were inside my apartment, I discovered that a $150 gift card had been stolen by one of the PB Plumbing employees who had been working in my apartment that afternoon, while I was not home.  After discovering this theft, I contacted PB Plumbing to discuss the situation and could never get past the woman who answers the phone for them.  I left several messages with all of the facts, my name and contact information and was told the owner would get back to me because "this is a serious situation" but I never received a single return phone call, after calling 3-4 times and giving them 3 weeks in which to get back to me before taking any further action.

I did not have a choice of which plumber came into my home and did this work, because my apartment complex chose for me and hired PB Plumbing and authorized them to enter my apartment while I was not home.  If you have the choice, choose anyone else other than PB Plumbing, unless you want criminals working in your home who may steal from you.
