As many of the same people have reported about this company, I have been totally scammed. I ordered a computer on 9/26/06 and gave the same e-mail saying congrats. I logged on and went through the bundles and chose one that looked ok. I down loaded the form that was to be filled out and sent in. Something didn't seem right so I DID NOT fill it out and return it.

I read over the information very carefully and saw it would take 3-5 weeks before it was going to be ready and they wanted the form back ASAP to make sure I got the free printer and camera. I was to send it in no later than one week before it was ready to ship.

I decided to keep up on it and see what was going on, something didn't feel right, so after 3 weeks I called to see what was going on and that is when I was told 6-8 weeks. I didn't think too much of it being that I did not fill out and send in any contract agreeing to the terms at all.

A couple of weeks ago I tried to get in touch with them and check to see what was going on, why I didn't get anything from the e-mails I have sent inquiring about the computer, and once again got the same generic answer. That didn't seem right to me so I went home and discussed it with my boyfriend and decided to cancel it all together.

I then began the fruitless task of calling and e-mail alomst everyday for over 2 weeks to cancel that order with no avail. I checked my account this morning and they took the money out (surprise surprise right), I called and get nothing but voicemails. I left messages with them all and sent more e-mails and get nothing.

So I looked around and found the reports so many of you have made and after learning they like to take money from you without authorization, which this clearly was done to me, I called and closed out my checking account to keep it from happening again.

I have since filed reports with the Better Business Bureau, the attorney general's offices of Washington State and Georgia. I have gone the extra mile and made consumer reports to all the local news stations of Seattle and my home town of Bremerton! I will continue to do this every week until I make my point to this company that what they think may be the small dumb people out there WILL NOT stand for this.

I will continue to write to local stations, the BBB and the Attorney General's offices, I encourage you all to do the same!!! I will also be making contact to an attorney to get my money back being I did not send the signed documents stating this was ok to do!!

Please make you opinions known through this site if you too would like to make your opinions known and I will be having my attorney check this to know I am not alone!!!
